With over eight years of experience as a software engineer and architect, Barnabas has spent his career solving the kind of hard, unglamorous problems that make healthcare technology actually work, secure patient data at scale, real-time systems that can't afford to fail mid-consultation, and clinical workflows that mirror how doctors and patients actually behave not just how software assumes they should. At Wellstar, he has architected the platform end-to-end, from real-time video consultations and live care-team coordination, to a full laboratory and diagnostics system built on international clinical coding standards. Every system is built with a single question in mind, does this make care better, faster, and safer for the person on the other end of the screen? Before Wellstar, Barnabas built software across Dream Big Tech, DSTRCT Group, NetPark Systems Ltd, AppCake, and WellsICTHub, developing a reputation as a builder who ships resilient, real-world and Ai powered systems.
