Amb. Philip James Wuhe is a seasoned administrator, entrepreneur, project-management professional and strategic leader with extensive experience spanning public administration, finance, security management, business development, institutional coordination and private-sector enterprise. As Project Director of Wellstar Telehealth Services, he provides strategic oversight for project planning, implementation and coordination, supporting the organisation in translating its vision for accessible, technology-enabled healthcare into structured and sustainable programmes. He brings extensive leadership experience in project and programme management, administration, financial and resource management, stakeholder engagement, inter-agency collaboration, corporate governance and business development. His multidisciplinary management background strengthens Wellstar Telehealth Services' capacity to coordinate complex projects, develop institutional partnerships and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, healthcare partners, corporate organisations and other strategic stakeholders. Amb. Wuhe currently serves as Deputy Commander-General of Forest (Administration & Finance), Nigeria Forest Security Service (NFSS), National Headquarters, where his responsibilities include strategic leadership and policy direction for administrative, human-resource and financial operations, resource management, institutional policy implementation and nationwide administrative coordination. He also serves as National Head of Projects, Special Committee on the Recovery of Federal Government Abandoned Properties, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for project activities and coordinates engagement with relevant government institutions and stakeholders. His extensive private-sector leadership experience includes serving as Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of La Phil-Zone International Limited and Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Wuhe Investment Limited, with responsibilities encompassing strategic direction, investments, business development, partnerships, regulatory compliance, profitability and sustainable organisational growth. His academic and professional development spans Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Public Safety and Security. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, while his Master of Business Administration (MBA) is in view. He has also undertaken professional training in security, operational efficiency and inter-agency collaboration. At Wellstar Telehealth Services, Amb.
